Card Holder Security
We ensure the security of all card holder information via a secure payment gateway and refrain from storing such data on our website. Additionally, customer information remains confidential and is not shared with any third party.
Shipment
a) Sales Tax: Sales tax applies to customers from specific states unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided before order acceptance.
b) Orders placed before 3 PM ET are likely to be shipped the same day, with special attention given to overnight orders. Contact us directly for urgent orders.
c) Weekend or holiday orders are shipped the following business day.
d) We are not liable for delays caused by severe weather conditions.
e) We do not ship to guests at hotels.
f) Shipments are based on business day travel, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, except for Saturday delivery.
g) We do not ship to PO Boxes.
h) Shipments to UPS stores are not available.
i) A fee of $11.00 is charged for re-shipping ground orders that are undeliverable. Additional charges apply for shipping upgrades.
j) Shipping and billing addresses must match. Contact your credit card company to approve a different shipping address if necessary.
Shipping Definitions:
- Saturday Delivery: Delivery sometime on Saturday.
- Next Day AM Service: Delivery sometime the next business day in the morning or thereabouts.
- Next Day Service: Delivery sometime the next business day.
- 2 Day Service: Delivery in 2 business days.
- 3 Day Service: Delivery in 3 business days.
- Ground shipping to USA 48 states: Delivery times vary from 1 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping address and origin.
Ground shipping orders may take up to 24-48 hours to process, but we strive to process them the same day. We are not responsible for weather-related delays experienced by carriers, and exact shipping times cannot be guaranteed. Contact us directly for specific time requirements.
Payment
Payment can be made via MC/VISA/AMEX/DISCOVER, Wire Transfer, Western Union, or another prearranged method, unless credit terms are agreed upon.
Our Credit Card Policy requires shipments to be sent only to the account holder’s address for security reasons. In certain cases, we may consider shipping to an alternate address with additional verification steps.
Fraudulent payment attempts are reported to law enforcement agencies. Late fees apply for overdue payments.
PayPal fees are non-refundable for canceled orders after payment.
International Orders We only engage in business-to-business international trade for orders over $500, requiring customers to have an account with FedEx or UPS for shipping.
All international orders are prepaid via wire transfer, with money transfer information emailed after order placement.
Returning Product Products may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to conditions.
After 30 days, manufacturer warranty applies if available. Some products may not be returnable if opened.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee and shipping costs, with certain conditions for damaged products.
Warranty Warranties cover defects in materials for specified periods, with options for replacement or refund.
Warranties do not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations, and void if proper return procedures are not followed.
Limitation of Liability We do not accept liability beyond specified remedies, including lost data or profits. Our liability is limited to the aggregate amount paid by the customer.
