Card Holder Security
We ensure the security of all card holder information via a secure payment gateway and refrain from storing such data on our website. Customer information remains confidential and is never shared with third parties.
Shipment
a) Sales tax applies unless a valid exemption is provided.
b) Orders before 3 PM ET usually ship same day; contact us for urgent needs.
c) Weekend/holiday orders ship next business day.
d) We are not liable for weather delays.
e) No shipping to hotels, PO Boxes, or UPS stores.
f) Ground re-ship fee: $11.00; extra charges for upgrades.
g) Shipping and billing addresses must match.

Shipping Definitions:
– Saturday Delivery: Delivered Saturday.
– Next Day AM: Next morning.
– Next Day: Next business day.
– 2 Day / 3 Day: Delivery in 2 or 3 business days.
– Ground: 1–7 business days depending on location.
Ground orders may take 24–48 hrs to process; times not guaranteed due to weather.
Payment
Payment via MC/VISA/AMEX/DISCOVER, Wire Transfer, Western Union, or other agreed methods.
Shipments only to account holder’s address unless verified.
Fraudulent attempts are reported to law enforcement.
Late fees apply to overdue payments.
PayPal fees are non-refundable for canceled orders.
International Orders
Business-to-business only for orders over $500.
Requires FedEx or UPS account.
Prepaid via wire transfer with transfer details emailed post-order.
Returning Product
Returns accepted within 30 days for replacement or refund (conditions apply).
After 30 days, manufacturer warranty applies.
Some products non-returnable if opened.
Restocking and shipping fees apply; damaged product rules vary.
Warranty
Covers defects for specified periods with replacement/refund options.
Excludes misuse, accidents, alterations.
Warranty void if return procedures not followed.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable beyond specified remedies, including for lost data or profits.
Liability limited to the aggregate paid amount.
