Returning Product
• Products may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.

• After 30 days, items fall under the manufacturer’s warranty if applicable (varies by product). Some products, including sealed retail boxed items, are non-returnable once opened and must be returned directly to the manufacturer.

• All software is subject to its included license agreement, which becomes binding once opened or unsealed.

• Licenses, digital goods, services, and non-physical goods such as service contracts are not returnable.

• All returns incur a 15% restocking fee, with shipping costs paid by the customer. Replacements ship via ground unless faster shipping is requested and paid for. Premium shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

• Physically damaged products are not returnable—please notify the carrier immediately if you receive damaged merchandise.

Product Damaged in Transit/Shipping: If the package shows visible damage, refuse delivery. The carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS) is responsible for transit damage. If damage is found after opening, contact the carrier for inspection and then notify ITCT Shop. Report transit damage within 2 business days or damage claims will not be accepted.

Defective/DOA Items: A replacement will be sent for defective or DOA products. A 50% RMA fee applies if the product is tested and found to be functional.

• Do not return items other than those shipped—serial numbers are scanned and video recorded before dispatch.

• Before returning any product, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from ITCT Shop. Products without an RMA number will not be processed as returns. Returned items must be received within 10 days, otherwise the RMA is void.

• All returns remain subject to a 15% restocking fee.
